Pappa bear is in route this morning!!! We are heading up to Owensboro to meet with Lem and Phillip to pick up our 572!!!!! Can't wait to get this thing in the car. We will post up the build in the buildup section but the motor made 880hp and 785lbs. tq. That should scoot us down the track a litlle faster then before!!!! The guys spent the better part of the day yesterday on the dyno tuning this thing and we are tickled!!! April is coming and Blake and Damon had better WATCH OUT!!!!!! :lol: :lol:

A460 block with Kasse SCJ's ported. Will post up all the details after we pick up the motor and check out the build sheet.

Hell no!!!! Don't want that crown!!! I WILL NOT UNSEAT THE KING!!!! :lol: :lol:

Pappa Bear just got home about 30 minutes ago and is ready for bed!!! We are VERY happy with this motor!! Now we need to test so we are ready for the bash. Planning on two weeks to head down to FL. to get some seat time and get the chassis sorted out. Should be a blast!!

P.S. Bill, we may be calling on your expertise to help us sort this deal out!! I'm sure we will be moving the bars around a little bit!!!

Nice numbers, that should put you close to the 8.90's. From the way that it came up before, I think that you will be needing to add those "training" wheels for safety. They will need to be custom, and can be made that there wouldn't need to be any welding on the housing and they just bolt on using current locations. Should be able to be attached at the bottom of your shock bracket with a bolt on clevis and an upper clevis that should be able to go around and use the same bolt/bracket that your anti-roll bar bolts to.

Thanks Bill!!

I will definitely not be mashing the go fast pedal the first time out!!! We would be VERY happy with 8.90's!! I will have to work on pappa bear pretty hard for the training wheels. He don't like em but I bet the car would love them!! Hope all is well and look forward to seeing ya'll at the bash. Will post up some numbers after testing and tweaking

Wheelie Bars? We don't need no stinkin wheelie bars.

Just need to keep "Roger RamJet" from doing any Space Shuttle departures!

Bill, I will need your help at the bash! Tell Jr. to do a 60 foot pass and get out of it--some how, 60 foot becomes 1/4 mile?

You'd better be ready when you unleash that beast :D My Tbird with a .060 stock stroke 3.85 will barely get the wheels up.With my 514 ,4.15 stroke ,both have flat tops and the same heads and intake, it'll ride the wheelie bars hard for 50 feet.i think it'd do a Damon type wheelie without them,WE'RE NOT GOING TO FIND OUT!!!! Good luck with it.

Bruno,

I'll be heading to Orlando for some testing!! Its a little ride from Jax but if you want to come out, feel free!!! Hoping we can get a rental or something other than a regular test and tune night but we'll have to see!!
