Hi gang, i'm on the way To build an '88 rv 385 for running my '73 f150, front crown Victoria subframe, zf5 transmission, super duty rear axle (10.5) with 5.38 gear and 455/55r22.5 tires (40" tall). The engines is like new for an old one, i want To restore/upgrade it for more performance. I redo bearing and gasket, and want To stay with stock crank and pistons. Any suggestions about cam, lifters, rockers, differences betwen late and early timing set. Just want a bit more power and a cool rough idle on red lights 😁 any advices are welcome. Thanks
