Check this out sports fans. I took my 66 Stang there to have it done and next was a 71 Torino Cobra I have that I'd removed the Cleveland and was going to put a BBF stroker in with AOD to run it in the Nevada Silver State Classic road race. Fortunately getting the Stang fixed now is much easier then my Cobra which is much harder to find parts for. I thought everyone should know so this doesn't happen to you. No business license and the VIN sure did raise an eyebrow on the deputy when the VIN door tag was missing and he had to "run" inside and "find" it. http://www.fordmuscle.com/forums/mustang-pages-1965-1973/491060-rescued-66-a.html

The "shop" was http://ratstangrestoration.com/main.htm
The bad part was I let him do it for several reasons,
1. I was in Iraq for 3 years and just didn't have the time and skills to do it myself.
2. He needed something to help jumpstart his business and use for advertising.
3. It would be done when I did finish up the 3 years I was in the middle east. Then I could move on to the next phases.
I have all the interior, upholstery redone, FRONT bench seats in this one. Excellent job by a shop in Vegas. Tinted orginial factory glass done in Vegas, Currie powder coated 8" housing with 3.55" posi, Torque Thrush II rims, Jethot coated headers, intake and timing cover, outrageous looking, aluim heads for the 347 stroker with an AOD. Next after this car was suppose to be my Torino Cobra I have a BBF storker lined up for. Since I live in Nv now the Silver State Classic lets me run a car like that full out.
