I use stainless allen head cap screws with my Motorsports valve covers. A long T-handle allen wrench works great to remove or reinstall.

I use the SVO covers, All I did was counterbore the one hole and use 12 point bolts in the valve covers.

I like those because they look similar to a "pent-roof" FE cover and have better clearance for a brake booster in a Fox chassis than the Ford Racing or Moroso.

Blue thunder's "race" covers have a similar shape I beleive.

Valve Covers

I use Billet Fabrications sheet metal covers. They work great with the 3/8" thk billet flange.
