Deck the cylinder heads to minimize issues with the quench pads.
Knock down the gouges in the chamber
Check valves so see if they are bent.
Check seats for damage.

Call it good.

Thank you for the quick response!

It appears that the damage is confined to with in the firing ring of the head gasket DOUBLE CHECK and address any damage in that area.
The deck must be in good condition where the firing ring seals.
