Anyone know anything about skinny kids brake mastercylinder conversion kit that fits a foxbody i have one and the new rod that runs from the brake pedal to the mastercylinder is round were the brake light switch connects on my old rod it has a flat spot that presses the switch did they give me the wrong rod or do i have to modify this rod

they are made to not accept a factory brake light switch. You could possiblt modify ot to work or what I did was install a jeg's brake light switch that's hydraulically operated. part # was 764-80171 and it was $12.99

For the hydrualic brake light switch, you simply splice into a brake line with a 3-way fitting.

I purchased that same kit from Skinny Kid Racecars too. For my brake lights, I bought an on-off switch and made a bracket that set this switch at the brake pedal. Then, I simply ran the brake wires to it and adjusted it so the lights came on when I hit the brake pedal.
