Stock is .044 but I've done some bolt on ignition upgrades including an MSD Blaster coil, 8.5mm wires and ton of other stuff - headers, freer flowing intake, injectors, adjustable regulator (42lbs), etc. They're Autolite iridiums. I've read I should increase the gap but to what? Thank you!

We have not seen discernable differences on the dyno moving from .040" to .044" to .050" plug gaps.
Larger gaps are harder on the secondary side of the ignition system.

For our EFI crate engines I've settled on .040" as a good compromise.
