I just spent about $700 on a set of d3 heads that are now boat anchors. The rocker stands was milled, drilled and tapped at the wrong angle.

I'm looking for a set of large combustion heads 90cc+, that have already proven they work and make some power. I prefer they already have 7/16 studs.

Let me know what you got.

why not fix what you have? , drill the holes oversizeto 9/16" ,screw in a bolt, cut it off and remill the pedestals to the proper angle, redrill to 7/16", would be cheaper than wasting your heads

I would take them back to the shop that did them and have the fixe'm for free!!!

I would be pissed. Take them back to the machine shop they should fix them for free. This kinda stuff happens to me all the time I can't find a decent machine shop. Here recently I took some small block chevy heads to a machine shop to be cut for 2.02 intake 1.60 exhaust valves and they didn't even put the valve seals back in it. I thought at first it was runnin fat so I put another carb on it still doin it. checked the heads no valve seals, I was steaming mad! The next time different machine shop bought some new 58cc heads with screw in studs, 2.02 1.60 valves, and machine for guide plates well when it came ime to set the valves I couldn't get them set because he only machined one side for guide plates throwing everything off. I have some bad luck!!

Its worth a shot take them back to him and tell him he messed them up and he needs to fix them. For free of course. If he won't do it then everyone you talk to make sure to not recommend him for machine work.

Help me out here, I'm not sure what your talking about.
I install these all the time and they arn't that bad to do yourself. Ex. When I goof and drill a hole out to 1/2 in and it was suppose to be a 3/8-16 hole I go find the right size cert, tap out the existing hole and install, bingo now you have the proper size threads. They look like NPT/pipe fitting adaptors (threads on both inside and outside) and have 4 "spikes" Around the outside thread. You simply screw them into the hole and hammer down the set spikes and you have the threads you want. They can be some trouble if you cut too many threads(% of threads) in the OD hole but over all are really nice to have.
Certs will only work though if the hole is tapped at the proper angle. If the primary hole is off so will be the cert, that being said if he were to redrill the hole oversized at the correct angle then the cert is your best bet.
