Hi guys, will my Holley 850 carb be enough for my set up. I have a 545 stroker in a pull truck with compression ratio of 13.5 : 1. Mildy ported C8ve heads with 2.19 valves and 1.73 ratio scorpion roller rockers and I have stud girdles. I have to run exhaust manifolds and my max rpm will be around 6800. Using a wiend stealth intake. Cam specs are in the picture. Thanks.

Thats a lot of cubes and compression. You indicated its a pull truck do you mean tractor pull ? if thats the case low end grunt is paramount I would assume. If it was a drag car Id say no ...you could go Dominator of some size you have to test. Also, your intake is of 4150 pattern a Dominator is 4500 you would have to get an adapter or a 4500 intake. IT all depends on what you need every bit of horse power or low end grunt torque.

Remember........youre working with 1/2 the CFM on a stealth. The two plane will help your low end and that 850 should hold to around 5000 RPM.
If youre looking to hold it toward 6000 or more RPM for 10-20 seconds, youll need a 950 minimum.....with a dual plane manifold.
