95-down k member will bolt right in.. QA1, UPR, all of them.. then you will have to buy the motor mounts from ford racing..

Yes fox headers work perfect..

Yes you can use the fox length control arms to shorten up track width or you can just use fox style mounts and new edge control arms and retain factory track width..

Now the best way to go in my opinion is an AJE k member..

You can buy the mounts anf bolt it all right in.. stronger piece. Cost a lil more money to go this route but its worth it..

I used a UPR in my 2001 and it bolted right in. I'm using a motor plate but I'm sure the motor mounts would work fine. My Kooks headers also fit perfect.

Just make sure if you order a K member other than the AJE make sure its a 95-down k member.. either sn95 94-95 model or fox k member.. these have mounts for the small block ford.. and that is what the adapter mounts bolt to.. the 4.6 k member mounts from 96-up arent in the same location. I havent ever tried the mounts on a 4.6 k member but Im almost 100% sure it wont work. Also..

When u order your k member.. if you are going with tubular control arms.. make sure you order them for 94-up.. the control arms are longer. The difference in track width from 94-98 and 99-04 is built into the spindles.
