There's an article about repairing that hose with parts store 1/4" (measure yours) EFI J30R9 high-pressure fuel line (or braided SS line for some racing rules) and EFI mini-G clamps. The easy trick to getting the old one off is to use a wire wheel, so you don't nick or damage the hose barbs. Just thin the old hard hose with the wheel until you can pry it off. Lube the new hose with the clamps tight a couple inches from the ends to push on, with gloves. It's tight. Move the clamps into position, snug 'em up, and pressure test.

I did it on a GT40, and it's still fine several years later.
