I bought an 88 F250 XLT Lariat 4x4 with the 460. It's an efi motor. The last hundred miles or so she's been acting funny. When she's cold, starts right up, no issue, runs smooth, plenty of power.

But once she warms up, she starts running ruff, and I have to cranked a few extra seconds and occasionally give a touch to the throttle to get her going. At 55 the burble has gets a little uneven, and occasionally she skips.

Not as experienced with efi engines as I'd like. Any ideas?

I would start by checking fuel pressure. Should be about 32# at idle (with vacuum line attached to fuel pressure regulator). About 40# at idle with vacuum line removed from regulator. BUT! You need to also check fuel pressure under load. So take a drive with the fuel pressure gauge attached and see what you have. Port is on right fuel rail, close to #2 injector. Of coarse I assume you have already checked or replaced the fuel filter?
